Bad Robot Brain has posted a review of Lucid, the new full-length Spatial Distortion album:

Full of highs and lows, Lucid comes off like an interpretive journey through the astral plane. While the soundscape is dynamic, it never pulls you too far in either direction. The tracks seem like vignettes of a point in time and space, and at the same time remain a part of the whole.

The 4th full-length release, "Lucid" has been delayed a bit.  The release date is now scheduled for December 21st, 2009.  This is to allow for the additional work needed to finalize the tracks, artwork and redesign of SpatialDistortion.com.

Spatial Distortion will be releasing the 4th full-length album in October 2009.  The album is set to have 12 to 15 tracks of a mixture of ambient-electro and atmospheres.  The tracks are going through the final rounds of tweaking and the artwork is currently being designed by Matt Bryant (aka Bad Robot Brain).  This is the first release from Spatial Distortion in over 2 years and is the culmination of the many strange and unusual experiences during that time.  The album is called "Lucid".
